Job Description

Roles and responsibilities 


Maintain Training Calendar, internal coordination o Consolidate.

 List of New Employees and schedule them for the upcoming On-Boarding Classes: Pre-Training, End-User, Admin, and Developer Training On-Boarding Programs: Deliver effective On-boarding programs for new joiners. o Block calendar for Trainer & participants.

 Complete logistics arrangements like training room blocking, manual printing, overall coordination with Managers and participants

Report Generation & Coordination o Aid Training Manager in setting weekly, quarterly department updates o Ensure accurate maintenance of training reports o Create, maintain & update training calendar, training scheduling, coordination for nominations, logistics etc. for Training delivery
LMS- Internal & Client-facing

o Assist in Creation and maintenance of LMS Courses for Internal & Clients. Connect with the LMS Support & development team for maintenance and advance feature learning

Vendor Management & Reports: o Follow the set process for Vendor Management and close the Training as per mentioned timelines. Build strong relationship with internal SMEs and line-Managers for clarity on requirement and involvement in the set process

o Maintain vendor selection status report & vendor expenses for India Office Willingness to learn and excel as a Trainer will be an added advantage and a constructed roadmap for this role

Education: Any Graduate. Additional certifications in Training delivery, TTT and/ or others are good to have.

2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Minimum 1-2 year of experience in Training coordination 

Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining proactive and flexible in style

Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with stakeholders

Ability to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management
Excellent MS Office skills is a must
